💷 Set tax rates for Epos Now reporting

Ensure financial precision and compliance by setting up tax rates for your Beyonk bookings to show in Epos Now reports and receipts.

After setting up your preferred tax group within Epos Now, please reach out to our support team by emailing [email protected]. Arrange a 15-minute call, during which our team will assist you in retrieving your taxGroupId to apply to all of your Beyonk bookings.

🖥️ Check in customers through your Epos Now till

You can now check in your customers’ Beyonk bookings directly through Epos Now by using a connected handheld scanner. This simplifies on-site arrivals and ensures your records are immediately updated.

How to check in customers through Epos Now:

  1. Tap the Beyonk action button on your Epos Now till and switch to the Check in tab
  2. Scan the QR code from the customer’s confirmation email to access the relevant booking or membership details
  3. Select the number of guests and confirm the check in, and the system will automatically update Beyonk. Continue scanning additional guests if necessary
